All orders are shipped via air cargo, or Airborne Express, freight collect, unless otherwise specified. Live delivery guaranteed on all air cargo shipments, but mishandling or delay by the carrier must be taken up with them. All orders must be picked up at your airport within 4 hours of arrival, and notification of DOAs must be made immediately via email or telephone. If there are any doa's I must have an email with picture of fish in the unopened bag the same day you recieve them. To make the guarantee valid.
